Personal Data Processing Policy

This policy describes how Arctic Viraj (the “Operator”) processes the personal data of website visitors in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

What data we collect. The name, phone number, e-mail address (optional) and comment you enter in the booking form, as well as technical data (IP address) used to protect against spam.

Why. To contact you, confirm and carry out your booking, and answer your questions.

Storage and disclosure. The data is stored on the Operator’s server in the Russian Federation and is not disclosed to third parties except where required by law. It is kept no longer than necessary for these purposes and no longer than 3 years.

Your rights. You may request information about your data, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by writing to arkviraj@yandex.ru or calling +7 (991) 112-55-00.

By submitting the form on this website you consent to the processing of the above personal data under the terms of this policy. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version of this policy prevails.
